FAQ

Is Juvigor a factory?

Yes, we are a professional lithium battery manufacturing and R&D facility with a dedicated R&D team boasting over 16 years of experience, we have multiple production bases across China.

What is your warranty policy?

We offer 10 year warranty or 5 years warranty. we ensure at least 4000 cycle life for the LiFePO4 battery pack.

How do you ship the goods and How long does it usually take?

Normolly 7-10 days for sample; 45-50 days for bulk order. Airline and sea shipping is also optional.

How can I contact your after-sales service for quick feedback?

If you need further support, or wish to submit a complaint, please contact us via email(info@juvigor.com or frank@juvigor.com). normally we will answer within 3-5 business days, but in some cases it may take longer. Please understand that we need time to take your inquiry seriously.

Can Juvigor provide professional technical support if I don't have a technical team?

Yes, we can. Our technicians will provide professional training and help.

Are lithium batteries safer than lead-acid batteries?

From a performance and lifespan perspective, lithium batteries (especially LiFePO4) offer higher energy density, faster charging, and longer cycle life (2000-6000 cycles) versus lead-acid's 300-1000 cycles.

Regarding safety: LiFePO4 batteries are generally safer for home useno acid leaks, no hydrogen venting, and built-in BMS protection.

What devices are Juvigor's lithium batteries compatible with?

Our batteries are widely used in various power equipment such as golf carts, forklifts, marines, sweepers, factory equipment, electric motorcycles, and energy storage such as residential and commercial storage.

I want to replace my lead-acid batteries with Juvigor's lithium iron phosphate batteries. What should I be aware of?

  1. Charger/Inverter Compatibility: Your existing lead-acid charger will likely overcharge or damage LiFePO4 batteries. Ensure your inverter/charger is compatible with or programmable for lithium (LiFePO4) voltage profiles.
  2. System Configuration: Confirm if your Juvigor batteries can be connected in series/parallel to meet your voltage and capacity needs without voiding the warranty.
  3. Performance & Safety: You'll gain a longer lifespan, deeper usable depth of discharge (~100%), and enhanced safety with the built-in BMS. There is no maintenance and no risk of hydrogen gas.

What kind of batteries do drones typically need?

Drones primarily use high-discharge lithium-polymer (LiPo) batteries for their superior power-to-weight ratio, essential for agile flight. Some professional and industrial drones are adopting lithium-ion (Li-ion) packs for longer flight times, albeit with lower burst power.

Key considerations are high C-rating (discharge capability), low weight, and capacity (mAh). A robust Battery Management System (BMS) and careful handling are crucial for safety and performance.

What is Li-SOCI2 Battery? Why are they needed?

A Li-SOCl₂ (Lithium Thionyl Chloride) battery is a primary (non-rechargeable) lithium inorganic battery. It uses a lithium anode and a liquid thionyl chloride (SOCl₂) cathode.

They are needed for applications requiring:

  • Ultra-high energy density and long shelf life (up to 20 years).
  • Wide temperature operation (-60°C to +85°C).
  • Very low self-discharge.

These batteries are critical for industrial IoT sensors, meter reading, asset tracking, and military electronics where long-term, maintenance-free power is essential.
