1.Is Juvigor a factory?

Yes, we are a professional lithium battery manufacturing and R&D facility with a dedicated R&D team boasting over 16 years of experience, we have multiple production bases across China.

2.What is your warranty policy?

We offer 10 year warranty or 5 years warranty. we ensure at least 4000 cycle life for the LiFePO4 battery pack.

3.How do you ship the goods and How long does it usually take?

Normolly 7-10 days for sample; 45-50 days for bulk order. Airline and sea shipping is also optional.

4.How can I contact your after-sales service for quick feedback?

If you need further support, or wish to submit a complaint, please contact us via email(info@juvigor.com or frank@juvigor.com). normally we will answer within 3-5 business days,but in some cases it may take longer. Please understand that we need time to take your inquiry seriously.

5.Can Juvigor provide professional technical support if I don't have a technical team?

Yes, we can. Our technicians will provide professional training and help.
