Sales Manager

Position: Regional Sales Manager (USA / Brazil / UK / Netherlands / Germany / Italy / Israel — 1 for each market)

We are committed to providing safe, reliable, and sustainable energy solutions for global customers. With rapid business expansion, we are seeking talented Regional Sales Managers in key markets.

Responsibilities

             1. Develop sales strategies and achieve revenue targets in the assigned country/region;

                 2. Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with local customers, distributors, OEMs, and business partners;

                 3. Collect and analyze market trends, industry insights, and competitor activities, providing feedback to HQ;

                 4. Coordinate with technical and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery;

                 6.  Independently manage sales pipeline, providing weekly progress reports to headquarters.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, International Business, Engineering, or related fields;
2. Minimum 3 years of B2B international sales experience (experience in batteries, new energy, EV, or energy storage industry is a plus);
3. Strong knowledge of the local new energy, EV, industrial, or storage markets;
4. Existing customer network or sales channels will be highly valued;
5. Excellent English communication skills (Portuguese / German / Italian / Hebrew skills are a strong advantage);
6. Strong skills in business development, negotiation, and project management;
7. Self-motivated, result-oriented, able to work independently under pressure.

Location

Based in the assigned country/region, remote work possible, with business travel required for customer visits and events.
